Thai-inspired Takoi restaurant offering Ann Arbor pop-up in fight to overcome pandemic hurdles

ANN ARBOR, MI Restaurant owners are doing anything they can to fare through the coronavirus pandemic.
Takoi, a Thai-inspired restaurant, had a stint in Ann Arbor’s former Jerusalem Garden space from June 2015 to February 2016 before re-establishing itself in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood.
But the closure of indoor dining, due to COVID-19 restrictions, has pushed the restaurant to pivot to survive, Chef Brad Greenhill said, so it’s making a return to Ann Arbor for a pop-up spot Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 10-11 at the Circ Bar, 210 S. First St. ....
