After a year of uncertainty, students will not only return to in-person classes at Caldwell County Schools; they can now breathe a sigh of relief as graduation plans have been announced. Caldwell County High School principal Christy Phelps tells the News Edge the celebration events will kick off with Baccalaureate on Sunday, May 16.
