With a prize fund of €6,000, the competition has attracted hundreds of entries from all around Ireland for a record 1,300-plus entries
The wonders of Wexford’s coastal areas have been brought to life by photographers from right across the county in this year’s Love Your Coast photography competition. With over 1,300 entries across six categories competition for the prize fund of €6,000 was fierce, but a total of ten Wexford photographers were selected as either one of the top three in their categories or in the shortlist.
KERRY photographers and their amazing scenes of the marine life of the county were prominent in the top placings of one of the nation’s most prestigious competitions.
The photograph ‘The Beach Cleaners’ captured at Mullaghmore won third prize in the newly added Protectors of the Coast category in the Love your Coast Photography competition.
