Tanaiste Leo Varadkar is today publishing a new Code Of Conduct in regards to workers rights. The Clock Out & Switch Off initiative aims to support workers who have a right to refuse work out side of their normal hours, it will also support these workers with new laws aimed at giving them the right to work from home. From Today, employees will also be able to take a case to the workplace relation commitee if their boss refuses to allow them to disconnect from work after hours.
