Ebonyi Governor Umahi Suspends Special Assistant, Withdraws State Honours Over Gross Misconduct
Ebonyi State Governor David Umahi has ordered the immediate suspension of one of his Special Assistants, Mr Collins Eze, over alleged acts of gross misconduct. The suspension comes barely a week after the government conferred an award on Eze. Kenneth Igwe, Secretary to the State Government/Coordinating Commissioner, disclosed this in Abakaliki on Tuesday, noting that the suspension is indefinite, the News Agency of Nigeria reports.
