Fire at Cabras power plant By Joe Taitano II View Comments Guam Fire Department units responded to the scene of a fire at the Cabras power plant in Piti Tuesday afternoon.  At approximately 3:03 p.m., an electrical panel at the GPA Cabras 1 Unit caught fire, a Guam Power Authority release stated. The unit was shut down. The fire involved a boiler, according to GFD spokesperson Cherika Chargualaf.
