According to the report, Kuleba had a phone call with a Co-Chair of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur. The conversation took place in the context of intensifying contacts between the Ukrainian foreign minister and representatives of the Congress to counter common threats to Ukraine and the United States and discuss priorities for the development of strategic partnership. ....
