The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has called on the members of National Assembly to as a matter of urgency, pass the National Electoral Offences Commission Bill into law.
“The turnout was very impressive, especially in the last quarter there was an upsurge during the extension period,’’ said the INEC official.
"Preliminary findings show that a resident of the area who volunteered to transport the officials from their office to the centre was responsible for the mix-up."
