경남형 뉴딜분야 중소·벤처기업에 금융 지원한다

경남도, 유관기관 5곳과 업무협약경은·농협, 200억 규모 보증 지원

경남도와 지역은행, 민간금융기관, 정책보증·금융기관이 경남형 뉴딜기업의 금융 지원에 나선다.
경남도는 12일 도청 도정회의실에서 한국판 뉴딜 확산과 경남형 뉴딜기업 성장을 지원하기 위해 유관기관 5곳과 ‘경남형 지역균형 뉴딜산업 육성 금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다.

이날 경남도 김경수 도지사를 비롯해 최홍영 경남은행장, 기술보증기금 정윤모 이사장, 신용보증기금 김충배 상임이사, KDB산업은행 장병돈 부행장, NH농협은행 경남본부 최영식 본부장이 참석했다. 업무 협약에 따라 여섯 기관은 도내 뉴딜기업에 대한 원활한 금융지원을 위해 유기적인 협조체제를 구축하기로 했다.
BNK경남은행과 농협은 금융지원 대상기업에 대출 금리를 최대 연 1.0%p 우대 지원하고 각 5억원의 특별출연을 통해 총 200억원 규모의 특례보증을 지원하기로 했다. 경남도는 뉴딜산업 육성을 위한 중소기업육성자금 특별자금을 신설, 금융지원 대상기업에 경영안정자금과 시설설비자금(이차보전 최대 연 2.0%p)을 지원한다.
기술보증기금과 신용보증기금은 특별출연금을 기반으로 보증지원 대상기업에 보증비율 100% 신용보증서 발급과 보증료 최소 연 0.2%p 감면 등 우대 지원하며 KDB혁신성장정책금융센터는 금융지원 대상기업 확인을 위한 자문을 제공한다.
지원 대상은 △스마트 뉴딜분야(규제자유특구기업 내 5G 차세대 스마트공장, 무인선박 관련기업, 강소연구특구 내 의생명·의료기기, 항공·우주 등 관련 기업) △그린 뉴딜분야(신재생에너지 관련 제품·설비 개발 기업, 미래모빌리티 분야 뉴딜기업, 그린리모델링 관련 에너지효율 향상 관련 기업)에 해당하는 기업이다.
특례보증은 경영안정자금에 한해 업체당 10억원 한도로 보증비율 100%보증서와 보증료 연 0.2%p 감면 등의 혜택을 최대 3년간 지원 받을 수 있다. 또 경상남도 이차보전 연 2.0%p와 은행 우대금리 연 1.0%p 등 최대 연 3.0%p의 대출이자 지원을 받을 수 있다.
최홍영 은행장은 “지방정부, 민간금융기관, 정책보증기관, 정책금융기관이 모두 참여한 경남형 지역균형 뉴딜산업 금융지원 업무 협약이 경남형 뉴딜산업에서 더 나아가 한국판 뉴딜산업 성장에 이바지하기를 바란다”며 “기술력이 있으나 담보부족 등으로 자금 조달에 어려움을 겪고 있는 뉴딜분야 우수 중소·벤처기업들에게 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
최영식 본부장은 “NH농협은행은 경남형 지역균형 뉴딜산업 육성을 위한 기업체 발굴 과 금융지원에 최선을 다할 것이며, 지난 2월 농협은행 자체 ESG 경영 실천 선포식을 시작으로 경남도 2050 탄소중립 달성과 탈탄소 사회 전환, 경남형 뉴딜인 디지털·그린·사회적 뉴딜의 완성을 위해 적극 동참하겠다”고 말했다.
