As of April 1, SMM copper inventory across major Chinese markets dropped 4,500 mt from Monday to 137,700 mt, a decrease of 11,100 mt from last Friday.
Copper inventories in the domestic bonded zones decreased 28,800 mt from March 18 to 302,600 mt as of Friday March 25, according to the most recent SMM survey.
