Jurors in the Fredericton murder trial of Robby Polchies were shown transcripts of messages sent from a Facebook account belonging to him that were sent the day he was arrested in the homicide of Corey Sisson in August 2019.
Jahradd Williams left the witness box in Fredericton on Monday after five days of questions from the Crown and defence at the murder trial of Robby Polchies.
As the murder trial of Robby Polchies wrapped up it’s third week, Jahradd Williams took the stand for the fourth day, where she again struggled to recall previous statements she made about the alleged murder.
Williams, who testified to witnessing the alleged murder, has struggled to recall events following the incident and the statements she made to police both at the time, and in the following months.
The former girlfriend of Robby Polchies testified to watching Polchies shoot and kill Corey Sisson with a shotgun. The testimony comes in the third week of Polchies’s murder trial in Fredericton.
