The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, will visit Ukraine on 16 October for meetings with high-level government officials, parliamentarians, civil society and staff of the OSCE Extra-budgetary Support Programme for Ukraine, the OSCE said on its website.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, during negotiations with current OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani, drew attention to the problem of Russia taking civilian hostages, for which Russia should be held accountable.
