Tue Jul 13 2021 A 23-year-old man, Happy Balogun, has been arraigned at the Ado-Ekiti Magistrate Court over the stealing of property worth N1 million. The police prosecutor, Inspector Olubu Apata, told the court yesterday that the defendant and others at large on July 8, 2021 at about 1.30 pm at Irona, beside Easy Life Hotel, stole plastic chairs and tents worth N1 million, property of Benson Oluwole. Court sentences vigilance officer to death by hanging for murder

During the trial, the state Prosecution Counsel Mrs Oluwaseni Ogunjimi and Assistant Chief State Counsel said the convict committed the offence on Sept. 15, 2013 at about 9p.m at Atala Junction, Bolatito, in Mowe area of Ogun.
