police say they never spoke with laundrie before he left the home he and gaby petito shared with his parents. they did not see or speak with him during their visit on september 11th the day gaby petito's parents reported her miss. authorities visited the home again on september 17th when laundrie's parents reported him missing but refused to answer questions about gaby petito's whereabouts. police didn't see or speak with brian during that visit. they don't have the cell phones that was used during the cross country trip. cnn reported laundrie bought a new cell phone from an at&t store on september 4th and left it behind on september 13th. laundrie has not been charged in connection with gaby petito's death but he is suspected of using a debit card gaby petito's family said belonged to her to access over $1,000 after her death. a federal warrant has been issued for his arrest. in an interview with fox news
