Apr 6, 2021 An investigation into stolen catalytic converters and damaged vehicles in the town of Hanover resulted in numerous charges filed against an Erie County man. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office announced the charges Monday against 35-year-old Joseph S. Hoddick that include first- and third-degree auto stripping, third- and fourth-degree grand larceny and second- and third-degree criminal mischief.
