Walker will be grilled (sans jury) about a controversial issue surrounding the case — how Google appears to have systematically destroyed evidence by setting internal chats to auto-delete after 24 hours, did nothing to change that after being put on legal hold, and used “fake privilege” to keep internal conversations from being forwarded. “I don’t want any buck passing,” said Donato.
