Driver not at fault in Ocala crash that killed pedestrian Sgt. Dan E. Truck driver won't be charged in fatal Ocala crash involving motorcycle An Ocala man killed in a two-vehicle crash in downtown Ocala a few months ago was impaired, and law enforcement officials have not charged the other driver.  A report detailing the events surrounding the Oct. 12 crash states the victim had a blood alcohol level of 0.087.
