Funeral Services for January 11, 2021 Funeral services for Paul Daniel Bass, 76, of Florence, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will be in Smithton Cemetery, with military honors by the U.S. Army and VFW Post 2591. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home. A graveside memorial service for Daniel Eugene “Danny” Carpenter, 60, of Sedalia will be held Saturday, July 3 at the Carpenter-Allain Family Cemetery on the family farm near Florence.
