2021 Kentucky Derby Points Series resumed with a trio of races worth a total of 119 points to the top four finishers. Two of the three races paid out enough points for the winner to stamp an entry ticket to the Kentucky Derby, but the winner of the other one will have to keep pushing forward to earn his.

Named in honor of the winner of the 1988 Hollywood Futurity and 1989 Haskell, the King Glorious is restricted to 2-year-olds bred or sired in California. The race at one mile is the feature attraction on the final day of the Los Angeles County Fair Winter Thoroughbred meet.
