A Tampa Bay area woman was charged with attempting to solicit several inmates within the jail she's in to kill a prime witness in her case, authorities say.

A 21-year-old woman in jail for allegedly helping her boyfriend and her boyfriend's cousin plan and execute two murders is now accused of soliciting inmates at the Falkenburg Road Jail to kill a witness in her homicide case.

Cornelio Negrete is accused of playing a major role in the plan to kill his wife because he thought she was cheating on him. When he appeared in court Thursday in an effort to get released on bond, he had some surprising people vouching for him: his murdered wife's family.

A young Hillsborough County couple is facing two first-degree murder charges after prosecutors said they plotted a murder and then planned to pin it on someone else, who they also killed. 

The husband of a woman killed in Dover, Florida, is the third person to be arrested on connection to her death. His mother-in-law said she had suspicions.
