O'Brien to retire as president, CEO of Duncaster Retirement Community
Michael O'Brien, president and CEO of Bloomfield nonprofit Duncaster Retirement Community, will retire in July, with current Vice President of Strategy and Community Life Kelly Papa stepping in as interim CEO.
