Singapore's total for Q3 came to 12.2 million mt, the highest level since Q4 2021.
Total sales excluding lubricants jumped by 2.9% on the year to 723,418 m3 in August.
The city-state's total demand reached to 4.1 million mt in August, slipping from July's seven-month high but still gaining on the year.
