A member of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) was killed during an armed encounter in Datu Hoffer town in Maguindanao, the military reported on Thursday. Based on the report of the Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom), the slain BIFF member was identified as “Nasser Kandao.” According to Lt. Gen.
