CISSOID adds to its growing platform of three-phase SiC MOSFET Intelligent Power Module products by releasing new liquid-cooled modules for E-mobility tailored for lower switching losses or higher power. The company is also releasing a module based on a lightweight AlSiC flat baseplate that satisfies the demand for natural convection or forced cooling in aerospace and dedicated industrial applications. These products integrate a three-phase SiC MOSFET module with a powerful gate driver.
These new IPMs use a technology platform that may be rapidly modified to new voltage, power and cooling demands. They greatly expedite the design of SiC-based power converters facilitating high efficiency and high-power density.
