Brownhill Investments Company Limited, the organisers of the annual “Warri Again Concert” have filed a N2.3billion lawsuit against Nigerian singer David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, for an alleged breach of agreement. Brownhill Investments Company Limited, is controlled by Mr Amaju Pinnick, a former President of the Nigeria Football Federation, and it filed its legal action before the Delta State High Court in Effurun.
The lawsuits followed altercations between Davido and Mr Pinnick in October after the musician failed to show up for an event he was paid to perform.
