Innovator Ulrich Rohde, N1UL, Donates Sophisticated Vector Signal Generator to ARRL 02/18/2021 ARRL Life Member Ulrich Rohde, N1UL, has donated a Rohde & Schwarz SMBV100A vector signal generator to the ARRL Laboratory.
