They thought people were in trouble. the left has emasculated law enforcement. these are the only people that you can rely on. if you can t rely on them, you can t take the subway anymore. this was a textbook person that would have been helped by the $800 million that somehow disappeared, right? there was money in the city for the homeless. what did the deblasios do with it? this guy had 40 arrests, violent. he s a danger to others. when he s a danger to others, he becomes a danger to himself, right? but they didn t give anything about him. none of the liberals didn t give a damn. they didn t. crime to them became a political idea. screw you when you re on the subway. finally, they find a crime and they can manipulate it. but this is not the start of the story, right? this is the end of the story. the political cowardice, the negligence, the vicious anti-police rhetoric, the criminal coddling brought us here, right? this story has been going on for ....
Good people. this is supposed to be handled by governors or mayors, mostly democrats but if you look at horrible things in portland, a big chunk of the city, you look at the crime in chicago, new york and you see what is going on with the deblasios of the world it is terrible. laura: are you in any way hopeful about eric adams, the new mayor of new york city who at least seems to be standing up to the threat of black lives matter when he said he might be up some of the law enforcement in the city after deblasio gutted it? i m hopeful and i know people that know eric adams and he is somebody that wants to do the right thing it is fair on both sides but he wants to make sure crime is not going to be happening in new york so i m very hopeful. he has a shot to really good job ....
Like the obamas in the white house, the deblasios are basically a typical american family. that is the reality of where america is today and while he s correct that attitudes need to catch up, achieving a postracial world, this is what it s going to look like. this is america in 2013. it s the reality. interestingly enough, the romney campaign and fox news tried to deny it and boy were they in for a surprise on election day. all they had to do is read the census. not everyone can keep up with the times and many americans are afraid of change. and i know and have lived it in my own personal experience as a mixed race person and now in 2013 we still see plenty of backlash and resistance to the trends that are shaping our nation. i would say for the better. and i will bet you can guess which side of the political spectrum it comes from. with me now is kevin noble-malard. thank you so much for joining me. thank you for having me. i love this piece you wrote ....
