Ilocos Norte holds 90-day feeding program for pregnant women
MILK FOR MOTHERS. The Ilocos Norte government provides chocolate milk drink for pregnant women at the launch of a supplementary feeding program in partnership with the Philippine Carabao Center and the DOST-assisted Bakers PH, producer of enhanced nutribun, on Tuesday, (Dec. 7, 2021) in Laoag City.
