This didnt happen in a metro station. We want to clarify that. This happened near the stadium armory station on the other side of east capitol street. This happened amid the morning rush. Its a transformer fire, were told. This is on the grounds of rfk stadiums parking lot as those rails go underground it wasnt on the rail, but it did affect rail service.
