Nigerian Bar Association Sues Culture Minister, Musawa; Kennis Music CEO, Kenny Ogungbe, Others Over Alleged Violation Of NYSC Act
The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has filed a suit at the Federal High Court in Abuja, asking the court to sack the Minister of Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, for allegedly violating the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act. The NBA Section on Public Interest and Development Law which filed the suit also asked the court to compel the NYSC to nullify the certificates given to the minister and a popular music promoter and CEO of Kennis Music, Kenny Ogungbe.
