We'll Use Lawyer Eke's Death To Set Example For Hospitals Rejecting Gunshot Victims –Nigerian Lawyers Group, NBA-SPIDEL

The Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law (NBA- SPIDEL) has vowed to use the circumstances surrounding the death of a colleague, Stephen Enyinnaya Eke to set an enduring example for Nigerian hospitals that refuse to treat patients with bullet wounds.   The Abuja-based lawyer was recently shot in the presence of some of his family members, who were said to have rushed him to several hospitals in Abuja while still alive, but he was rejected by the medical officers on duty on account of the fact that he had bullet wounds.
