Dexter Yard has two 15-story towers containing about 520,000 square feet of total space. Crews led by Turner Construction earlier this week raised the final steel beam into place at BioMed Realty's Dexter Yard project in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. The project's core and shell are expected to be finished in October.
