In a statement, a Garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí implemented the 4Es approach – engaging, explaining, and encouraging with enforcement a last resort." However, the group failed to comply with direction from Gardaí and four men and one woman, aged from 17 to 20, were arrested for breaches of the Public Order Act.
