“This matter is being discussed within the framework of the Union State and the Eurasian Economic Union,” the minister said answering the question about creating a common database of vaccinated Belarusians and Russians.
"We have 56 laboratories that work 24/7. We have not had had problems with the 72-hour PCR test requirement and I do not think that there will be problems with the 48 hour requirement," Dmitry Pinevich said.
The official said: “No doubt, it is a technical component but it is tied to different information platforms and has its own complications. But I think that the matter has been reconciled politically. We have to take care of the technical side of things soon.”
