Bend City Councilors released a statement regarding the shooting Sunday night, and are offering free counseling services for anyone struggling for any reason. Deschutes County's DA's Victims Assistance and Behavioral Health have arranged for a community support center at Pilot Butte Middle School from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. today.
