Police charge second person with murder in Owen Sound apartment shooting
Police have arrested and charged a second man with first-degree murder in connection to a shooting at a 6th Avenue West apartment complex in July. Donte'a Ryan Mitchell, 25, from North York is now charged with first-degree murder in the shooting, Owen Sound Police said in a media release distributed Tuesday afternoon.
