That s a big deal. that started things off in a bad way. looks like the dow will open down by about 60 points. part of that s because of what we re getting in the early earnings report. alcoa is the first of the dow components to report. it came out with its earnings last night, and aluminum producer did pretty well. came in with stronger than expected numbers when it comes to earnings per share, but the revenue line was a little light. that s a big disappointment to wall street. that stock was down by about 4% last time i checked. that raises a lot of concerns about what s going to be happening to other companies. the big concerns are higher costs building their way in and costing companies money. we have been talking about higher oil prices about every day, that s the big concern as we get into earnings. we re also watching earnings price once again today. yesterday, there was a report from goldman sachs. they suggested that producers lock in the prices, because they worry that once ....
