Theo dõi đoạn clip có thể tấy, tài xế này đã đi lấn hoàn toàn phần đường bên trái và tông thẳng vào em bé đi xe đạp, dù bé này đã đi sát phần đường của mình. Đáng nói, chiếc ô tô di chuyển với tốc độ khá chậm nhưng không hiểu sao lái xe vẫn đâm thẳng vào em bé như vậy. Khi em bé ngã xuống, chiếc ô tô này còn chèn qua em bé và xe đạp, đi thêm khoảng chục mét nữa mới dừng xe lại.
