Regional Police say they fined three people in two separate cases for violating public health orders over the weekend. In one case, police say they got called to a home on George St. in Sydney yesterday when a woman reported an unwanted person at the home. Police say they tracked down the 48 year-old man and found he’s from Victoria County. He was fined nearly $700 under the Emergency Management Act that bars any non-essential travel outside a person’s municipality.
