Sentencing in february. the maximum sentence is 15 years for first degree manslaughter, ten years nor second degree manslaughter. we're told it's most likely -- it's up to the discretion of the judge but most likely that she would allow the sentences to be served concurrently rather than consecutively. the standard sentencing is for seven years for first degree manslaughter. prosecutors have said that they're going to be seeking enhanced sentening and providing that information ahead of the hearing. we're expecting to hear from the attorney general's office here in the next 30 to 40 minutes. w...
