NIKKI Grahame's cause of death has been confirmed as anorexia - but the hospital where she was treated before her tragic end has launched an investigation.
The 38-year-old died on April 9 following a long battle with the mental health illness.

A doctor has recorded Nikki's cause of death as Anorexia Nervosa.
But Daily Star reports Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will continue to examine the events surrounding her death.
Nikki was admitted in March after fracturing her lower spine after a serious fall.

The 38 year-old, who shot to fame after a stinit on the Channel 4 show, sadly passed away aged just 38 after being treated at Dorset County Hospital as an inpatient
It is understood that a doctor has today confirmed her cause of death as anorexia nervosa.
A spokeswoman for Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust released a statement at the time of her death, saying: “Staff at the Trust were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Miss Grahame, and our thoughts are with the family and friends of Miss Grahame at this very difficult time.

Pete Bennett has accused his former Big Brother co-star Imogen Thomas of trying to “publicly shame” him over his tribute to Nikki Grahame.
Nikki’s body was found dead on April 10 in her London home. She was 38.
Thomas, 38, took to Instagram to suggest Bennett, 39, “betrayed” Nikki by sharing a final image of her and him together suggesting the move went “against everyone’s wishes”.
She also suggested musician Bennett “cashed in” by revealing her final text.
The former model wrote: “I can’t keep quiet any longer. I can’t stand to read another sold story by Pete Bennett.

DORSET County Hospital is carrying out an investigation over the death of former Big Brother contestant Nikki Grahame, who is understood to have been an in inpatient at the hospital.
It is reported that Nikki's family has raised concerns about Ms Grahame being discharged too early.
Very sadly, Nikki, 38, died earlier this month following a long battle with anorexia. She rose to fame following a stint as a contestant on the Channel 4 show in 2006.
Nikki's mum Sue Grahame - who lives in Dorset - appeared on This Morning last month and said her daughter’s condition deteriorated after gyms closed during the pandemic.
