that kind of evidence come in at some point in a trial of this kind of case goes to trial? >> in a civil trial, it could end up becoming relevant, especially if she's going to be attacked in terms of her credibility. you know, i would think that there's some sort of criminal components, even in a civil case, judges have some of the way to keep things that are -- even if technically relevant, are too prejudicial and won't really light in the jury. remember, the jury is supposed to be dispassionate and able to weigh the evidence clearly and barely. as the e. jean carroll case shows. they were careful to separate the sexual assault by rape versus the sexual assault that they found liability. and two faiths point, i think it's important to note that in the same way that ms. dunphy
