Pella City Council Approves Financing for 2021 Construction Season
The Pella City Council approved four resolutions to secure financing for three key infrastructure projects at their meeting Tuesday evening. Loan agreements and issuance of loan notes for improvements related to the new Lely Park, 218th Avenue/Neil Drive reconstruction, and a new wildlife fence at the Pella Municipal Airport were all approved. Council also approved the second reading an ordinance for a planned unit development for the Pella Market on Main Street south of downtown.
