Nazara Technologies Ltd reported a 31% increase in profit after tax to ₹20.9 crores in Q1FY23, with revenue of ₹254.4 crores in the last 3 months.
The infrastructure behemoth fared well on most of the key parameters in the June quarter (Q1FY24). Further, the share buyback and special dividend announcement has also got them excited.
The first quarter revenue from operations rose 26% YoY to Rs. 832 crore. The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and ammortisation (EBITDA) rose 25% YoY to Rs. 235 crore in Q1FY24. The EBITDA margin dropped 20 basis points to 28.3%.
The automaker clocked Ebitda margin of 10% in Q1 whereas analysts were expecting the measure to be in the high single-digits.
