Questions surround organising of Winter 'Blunder'land
Controversy surrounds the much-anticipated Winter Wonderland festival – heralded as one of the biggest in the Helderberg, but which now hangs in the balance following confirmation by the City of Cape Town that no permits had been issued and the event was not permitted to continue. This was on Monday 24 July, just days before the festival was scheduled to begin on Thursday (27 July) on Main and Bikini Beach in Gordon’s Bay.
