Local students named to Bates College dean’s list Share LEWISTON — The following local students have been named to the 2020 fall semester dean’s list at Bates College. Ed Zuis of Monmouth, son of Edmund Zuis and Catherine V. Squires, is a 2020 graduate of Monmouth Academy. Nathan Berry of Augusta, son of Henry N. Berry IV and Joan F. Berry, is a 2019 graduate of Cony High School in Augusta. He is majoring in psychology. Thaddeus Gunther of Farmington, son of Eric V. Gunther and Judith A. Gunther, is a 2017 graduate of Mt. Blue High School. He is majoring in biology.
