Suspended JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna was arrested by SIT upon landing in Bengaluru from Munich. Prajwal, is accused of sexually abusing several women.
He said the arrest would help the Special Investigation Team formed by the state government to probe cases against the Hassan MP.
Sources said that the police will try to seek details on who helped Prajwal Revanna to stay abroad for nearly a whole month after the case was registered against him. Officials will also look to gather information on how Prajwal evaded the authorities as he left the country and also on the people he contacted in India while he was in Germany., India News - Times Now
Prajwal was arrested at the early hours of Friday by the SIT, minutes after he arrived from Germany.
