2024 State of Downtown Tulsa Report shows a downtown in transition

The Downtown Tulsa Partnership released the 2024 State of Downtown Tulsa report on Thursday. The report is an in-depth and data-rich snapshot of ongoing development and economic growth in downtown Tulsa.

From census data the report shows that those choosing downtown Tulsa as their new home are trending younger. The median age is 34.8 years old with 79 percent of the almost 5-thousand downtown residents single or unmarried.
