Real estate company Omaxe Group has acquired a parcel of land spanning over 5 acres in Ludhiana, Punjab, for a total of Rs 220 crore. According to Omaxe, the acquisition was made through a competitive bidding process organized by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA).
