And i think a lot of what he's talking about, if you read the report, many of the things are routine for a 40-year-old building that exists very close to the ocean where there's salt spray and corrosive environments. i don't think those were things that caused the building to fail. you know, if you go through a procedure as a forensic person, you'll first look at the design to make sure there weren't any mistakes made and then you'll look to see the building was constructed based on the design and the materials were appropriate. so people will take samples of the materials to make sure they we...
